Order processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

 

Delivery times

Estimated delivery is 10-20 business days for most countries after processing. Remote locations may take up to 30 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees, as delivery can be affected by customs, weather, and local carriers.

 

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on UK orders over £50. Smaller UK orders and all international orders have a flat shipping rate, which is shown at checkout before you pay.

 

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Please allow a few days for tracking to update after dispatch.

 

Customs and import duties

For international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.
